About the Role

We’re seeking a talented AI Backend Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems for AI-driven applications. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to optimize performance and support complex machine learning models in production. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for AI-powered applications.

  • Build and optimize APIs for real-time and batch processing of data.

  • Integrate machine learning models into scalable backend architectures.

  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability in production.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, frontend developers, and product managers.

  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error-handling systems.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing backend systems and workflows.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably in AI or data-heavy environments.

  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI , Django , or Flask.

  • Strong experience with Node.js , Go , or similar backend technologies.

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Expertise in database systems : SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

  • Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools.

  • Knowledge of big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Kafka.

  • Background in developing secure and compliant systems (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
