Data Scientist (SQL and Python)

**Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 12-25 LPA)

** Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in SQL and Python to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data to drive insights, optimize decision-making, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions to solve business challenges.

  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends and insights.

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses using Python.

  • Work with structured and unstructured data to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).

  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are efficient and scalable.

  • Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

  • Optimize algorithms and models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Work with A/B testing frameworks to measure the impact of data-driven decisions.

  • Assist in automating data collection, processing, and reporting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.

  • Strong programming skills in Python , including experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.

  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into data solutions.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively.
