Tasks

Front-end development

• Build responsive, mobile-first user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks

like React.js.

• Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code using HTML5, CSS3, and

frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

• Collaborate with designers to create seamless user experiences.

Back-end development

• Develop robust server-side applications using Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript

(Express.js).

• Design and manage database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

AI integration

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tune them for specific tasks.

• Utilize AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers

to integrate intelligent features into applications.

• Design and optimize APIs for interacting with pre-trained models.

• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies to enhance AI performance.

Collaboration and best practices

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Use version control systems like Git and GitHub to manage codebases effectively.

• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

Front-end development skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript with a strong understanding of ES6+ features.

• Hands-on experience with React.js and state management.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles and frameworks like

Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

Back-end development skills

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for backend development.

• Strong experience with FastAPI and Express.js.

• Familiarity with other backend frameworks like Django, ASP.NET, or Node.js is a plus.

• Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and

secure backend practices.

AI and LLM expertise

• Experience working with LLMs and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch,

Hugging Face Transformers).

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and ethical AI considerations.

General technical skills

• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
