We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our flagship product, which leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize behavioral health care. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both front-end and back-end development, and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Who are you?
You are a skilled Full Stack Developer with a deep understanding of modern web technologies. You have extensive experience with React on the front end, and either Django or Node.js on the back end. You’ve led large-scale projects from inception to deployment and are comfortable working across the entire tech stack. Your ability to bridge front-end and back-end development enables you to create seamless, user-centric applications that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
How will you contribute?
Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the full stack, from front-end to back-end.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications.
Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure that our technology stack meets current and future needs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into our projects as appropriate.
What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?
Strong proficiency in React and either Django (Python) or Node.js (JavaScript) for back-end development.
5+ years of proven experience leading and delivering large-scale projects with complex requirements.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud services.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about architecture, performance, and scalability.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Wonderful to have:
Experience with AI technologies and AI agents.
Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
Experience with agile methodologies and working in a startup environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the tech community.
