Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer at LyRise in Italy, offering flexibility for remote work. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and implementing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to enhance user interfaces and experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of our user portal, frontend, and backend. Serving as the primary interaction layer between our forecasting models and end-users.

  • Design, implement, and optimize portal scalability to handle increasing volumes of forecasting data.

  • Add new features to the front end, such as new visualizations or UX improvements.

  • Ensure high-level security standards and best practices are applied across the platform, monitoring for vulnerabilities and implementing regular updates.

Requirements

Technical skills:

Back-end development:

  1. Proficient in Python for server-side development.

  2. Experience with Django or similar web frameworks.

  3. Experience with API monitoring and maintenance.

Front-end development:

  1. Experience with React & basic Javascript.

  2. Experience with HTML, CSS.

Devops and CI/CD:

  1. Understanding of DevOps best practices for software lifecycle management .

  2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (such as Github actions, ArgoCD).
