We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage and enhance our inventory system, develop and maintain Python-based software, and provide IT support for our staging company's operational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, database management, and IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless technology operations within our organization.
* Develop, implement, and maintain an **inventory management system** for tracking staging assets, furniture, and décor.
* Automate inventory tracking, barcode scanning, and reporting to optimize warehouse efficiency.
* Ensure data accuracy, security, and integration with other business tools.
* Develop and maintain **custom Python applications** to support business operations, including inventory, logistics, and workflow automation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process inefficiencies and create tech-driven solutions.
* Maintain databases, APIs, and cloud-based integrations for data management.

* Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, cloud services, and communication tools.
* Support employees with software training and troubleshooting.
* **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* **Proficiency in Python** for software development and automation.
* Experience with **inventory management systems** or ERP platforms.
* Knowledge of **database management** (SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
