We aply cutting-edge, peer-reviewed science to help prevent the worst impacts of climate change. We combine climate projections, remote sensing observations, and modelling to project the frequency and severity of physical climate risks such as floods, subsidence, storms, etc.
Our SaaS platform lets financial institutions and real estate firms look at future climate pathways to:
help identify how property/company assets could be damaged by severe weather events and
whatthat damage might do to the asset valuations.
become more resilient to climate change and make smarter investment and lending decisions.

The impact you’ll own
You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining robust web services, APIs, and user interfaces that enable seamless interaction with our extensive data, models, and systems.
Essential Skills
Experience developing GIS applications with Python, using GDAL library or similar.
Desirable Skills
Experience using React on projects with long-term maintainability and reliable deployment cycles (i.e. well-built and tested).
Experience in Scalable RESTful API development using Python, ideally with Flask or similar libraries.
Demonstrated AWS / Cloud-based application development.
Experience using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
