Lead Backend Developer - Python
Your responsibilities
Technical Leadership – In addition to your development responsibilities, you will take on a technical leadership role within the Scrum Team, guiding team members in best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring high-quality code standards are met throughout the development process.
Plan and Build – You are responsible for the development efforts of the Scrum Team when creating web applications based on Fincite’s technology platform while also supporting the Product Owner in planning and designing.
Co-Piloting – Together with the Scrum Team, you are responsible for the success of the project and the development of team members.
Design – You are able to analyze the technical requirements of a project and contribute to creating robust applications.
Your profile
Management - You have already gained experience in various roles in the Scrum team and are not afraid to take on different perspectives and lead projects with technical expertise.
T echnology – You are a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for building robust and high-performance applications. Your expertise lies in Python, Django, and REST APIs, with strong skills in managing SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. You design and implement scalable and reliable backend architectures and have experience creating unit and regression tests using tools like Coverage.
Cloud and CI/CD – You are proficient in deploying backend code to the cloud through CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Azure Blueprint, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, and Scrutinizer to ensure smooth and reliable deployment processes.
Experience – With over 7 years of experience in backend development, you excel at problem-solving and enjoy contributing to a multicultural, globally distributed team.
