We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Architect to join our innovative team and drive the development of cutting-edge insurance technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, AI, and building scalable systems, with a passion for leveraging these technologies to transform the insurance industry. How You'll Contribute...

*  **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
*  **System Design:** Design and architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems that meet the evolving needs of the insurance industry.
*  **AI Integration:** Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to develop intelligent solutions for tasks such as risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer service.
*  **Cloud Architecture** : Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing cloud-based services and best practices.
*  **Integration with Twilio:** Integrate Twilio's communication APIs into our platform to enable seamless customer interactions.
*  **Technology Stack:** Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape.

What We're Looking For...

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to software development.
* Proven ability to design and architect scalable, distributed systems.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with multi-threaded systems.
* Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field.
* Familiarity with Twilio's communication APIs and their integration with software systems.
* Contributions to open-source projects or communities.
