Python Developer / Data Scientist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or STEM fields

• 2 + years of relevant experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Data Management.

• Passion for Data Science, including Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Operations Research.

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning methods.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficient in programming, with extensive experience in Python and SQL.

• Knowledge of the CPG/FMCG industry is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in data analysis libraries (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib ) and familiarity with data manipulation techniques. (Must)

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g. supervised learning - linear regression, random forests, support vector machines, unsupervised learning - k-means clustering, principal component analysis, deep learning - convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks ). (Must)

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Sage Maker, GCP AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning ) for model training and deployment (a plus).

• Experience with version c ontrol systems (Git) and familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval (a plus).

• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and familiarity with the command line.
