From Workana , we are looking for a Senior/Tech Lead Python Developer for one of our most important clients.

Our client, a leading software factory, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer or Tech Lead to join their team for a long-term project developing data models for a global telecommunications company.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based data models and solutions.

• Leverage AWS services (Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.) to implement robust and efficient solutions.

• Collaborate with global teams and clients to ensure project success.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

• Communicate effectively in English in a multicultural environment.

Requirements :

• 8+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• Advanced expertise with AWS services, including Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, and DynamoDB.

• Languages: Advanced conversational English.

• Availability: Able to work during U.S. Central Time (CST).

• Location: Residing in Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico.

Contract Details:

• Contract Type: Contractor with the client.

• Duration: 12 months.

• Compensation: USD 4,000–5,000 per month.
