In the project , you’ll contribute to building a new holistic data platform for a US-based healthcare company. Leveraging AWS services, Airflow, and dbt, you’ll develop robust data pipelines and scalable architectures that enable comprehensive insight and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django
Work with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) technologies, particularly HTMX
Design and optimize data models in Django
Manage and maintain Docker environments for daily development and deployment
Utilize AWS services and infrastructure for scalable application hosting
Implement CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI
Monitor and debug issues using Sentry
Work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating self-sufficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Python and Django
Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and HTMX
Advanced knowledge of Docker and daily hands-on experience
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and core services
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI)
Knowledge of Sentry for monitoring and debugging
Problem-solving mindset, ability to work both independently and within a team
Fluent spoken and written English
Nice to Have:
SQL proficiency for debugging and performance optimization
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Hands on experience with DBT
Experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment and debugging
Hands-on experience with using and managing a data warehouse like Amazon Redshift
Experience in building data pipelines with Airflow (MWAA would be a plus)
Knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, IAM, and Secret Management
Experience with AWS DMS, or other data migration or CDC services
Understanding of Kubernetes networking, security, and upgrade procedures
Familiarity with the modern JavaScript ecosystem and frameworks
Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Familiarity with JIRA for project management
