Job Summary
Occupy a unique position in the market, playing a vital role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our MDM platform (Reltio), its integrations, and the critical connections to customer preference platforms.
Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with MDM engineers to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for Reltio configurations, data integrations, and data quality processes, with a focus on customer preference data and its interactions with marketing and sales systems.
Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python or other relevant languages to validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data, including preferences and consent, within Reltio and across integrated systems, particularly those related to customer preference management.
Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects, ensuring thorough coverage of test cases and data scenarios, especially those involving customer preferences and consent changes.
Performance and Load Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure Reltio and its integrations, particularly those with customer preference platforms, can handle expected and peak data volumes, ensuring optimal system performance under various conditions.
Data Quality Testing: Implement and execute tests to validate data quality rules, matching algorithms, and cleansing routines, with an emphasis on ensuring the integrity of customer preference and consent data.
Collaboration: Work closely with MDM engineers, data stewards, and teams managing customer preference platforms to understand data models, workflows, governance policies, and integration points.
Tooling and Innovation: Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of MDM testing processes, particularly those related to customer preferences and consent management.
3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing or a related field, preferably with a focus on data-centric applications or backend systems.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS) and SQL.
Experience with API testing and data validation techniques (data concepts).
