Kronis is the first SaaS in Europe oriented to facilitate the administrative and management tasks of European grants for R&D&I projects.
Collaborate in a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain software applications that align with Sploro's business objectives and technical requirements
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software deliverables
Work closely with the CTO to standardize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, introducing industry best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve delivery and optimize the development process
Establish and promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices within the development team to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase
Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and adherence to established coding practices
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science with a focus on software engineering
Interest in Sploro's business model
Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in Python preferred
At least 3 years of experience in product development, either at a product startup or in outsourcing with a proven track record of remaining on the same project for the duration of that time
Willingness and ability to work with legacy codebases, as well as to write maintainable test code and production code
Medium-High level of English
Hands-on knowledge in the following topics is highly desirable:
Django or FastAPI frameworks
Amazon Web Services and cloud deployments
Domain-driven design - although we are not into DDD yet, it'd help a lot
Event-driven architectures - let's start together on the road to events

After the first analysis of your application, a member of our team will conduct a technical interview with you (around 30 minutes). Once the technical test has been passed , a member of the management staff will conduct a personal interview with you before the final selection.
