● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● At least 4- years of experience in technical support and/or software development.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Professional Experience with Python, DataDog, DataBricks for monitoring and troubleshooting
● Ability to troubleshoot ETL/ELT processes and track problematic data.
● Working knowledge of Git, Relational NoSQL databases, Restful APIs,
● Experience with AWS a plus
● Ability to work under pressure and work towards deadline
