We are seeking a Senior Technology Generalist who will be the primary point of contact for our Latin America region.
The senior technology generalist leads planning and execution of day-to-day IT support services, processes, and technology ecosystem improvements. The incumbent in this position contributes to development of technology solutions and delivers technology-managed services , such as Help Desk support, system maintenance, device configuration and support, and training.
What You’ll do
Technology Operations Support
Designs, implements, and maintains technology operating processes. Manages assigned projects and/or deliverables. Effectively plans for and utilizes company resources while minimizing employee impact. Provides accurate, timely data and updates on key business metrics, technology-related issues, and assigned projects.
Development and Software Engineering
Works collaboratively to review and interpret development and software requirements aligned to strategic and business needs. Contributes to design and implementation of software development tools, applications, and robust hosting solutions.
Technology Support and Training
Provides day-to-day technology support to end-users and manages desktop support globally and/or for assigned business units in a responsive and service-oriented manner. Enhances the technology knowledge base, creates user-oriented resources, and leads training on new technology solutions.

What Makes you a great fit
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Five or more years or more of progressive responsibility in desktop support, IT administration, development or similar, including proven experience with business and technical requirement definition, analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
Proficient in use and administration of Microsoft 365 suite and related applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Microsoft Windows/PC and Apple/Mac.
Experience with modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and deployment best practices, such as AWS, React, WordPress, Django, Azure, DevOps, GitHub, Python, Powershell, Powerscript, or Java.
Proficient (written and verbal) in English.

Travel Requirement
Up to 5% of domestic and/or international travel.

Salary/Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $75,000 -$85,000 . Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 10%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
