About the Role

Our client, a travel agent is seeking a senior or expert-level web developer to create a functional website for car and bus rentals. This is a full-time contract position, with the possibility of remote work. The project aims to develop a website that allows customers to check prices, view reference photos of vehicles, and book directly from the site.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the project requirements and design a user-friendly and responsive website for car and bus rentals.

• Develop the front-end and back-end components of the website, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• Implement features that allow users to browse and search for available vehicles, view detailed information and photos, and complete the booking process seamlessly.

• Integrate a secure payment gateway and database to handle customer bookings and transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior or expert-level web developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing similar rental website projects.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Laravel, Django).

• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and their integration with web applications.

• Familiarity with responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
