You will be part of a friendly project team that develops challenging applications for major public organizations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We maintain high standards in software development and provide continuous coaching and training to help you enhance your skills and experience. Knowledge of German, with a willingness to improve, is desirable.
What You'll Do:
Participating in the design and implementation of advanced web-based applications;
Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large-scale applications;
Assuring effective team collaboration;
Adhering to software quality requirements;
Drafting technical documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent working experience;
Enthusiasm for programming and knowledge of Java, Python;
Knowledge in the area of Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
Quality- and team-oriented;
English and German.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in Java, Python, web services (REST or SOAP), Spring Boot, micro-services, object-relational mapping (e.g. Hibernate), XML and/or databases (e.g. SQL) desired.
