We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to play a critical role in the development and scaling of our cutting-edge AI solutions. In this position, you will be a key contributor in driving innovation and ensuring the quality and scalability of our products for a diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise in NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning to design, build, and deploy sophisticated models and systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.

  • Build robust and scalable data pipelines to support model training and inference.

  • Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Cloud and Containerization:

  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for building and deploying machine learning solutions.

  • Employ containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure application portability and scalability.

• Collaboration and Mentorship:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

• Innovation and Research:

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.

  • Explore and evaluate new technologies and techniques to enhance existing solutions.

• Project Management:

  • Manage multiple workflows and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of projects, from conception to deployment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 4 + years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning algorithms.

  • Proficiency in Python programming and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Hands-on experience with GCP services and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Flask/Django or a strong willingness to learn and build React-based solutions.

• Data engineering skills and experience with API integration.

• Database management experience.

• Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, optimization).
